3.1 MVSL.COM acts as a broker and facilitator for domain transactions. We do not guarantee the availability, transferability, or legal status of any domain name.
3.2 All domain sales are subject to a signed agreement between the parties and successful domain transfer.
3.3 MVSL.COM strongly recommends using escrow services for all domain transactions to protect both buyers and sellers.
3.4 MVSL.COM charges a brokerage commission of 15% on successful domain sales facilitated through our services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.1 Submitting a domain through MVSL.COM does not guarantee that we will accept it for listing.
4.2 You represent that you own or have the right to sell any domain you submit.
4.3 We reserve the right to reject any submission for any reason, including quality, legal concerns, or market fit.

6.1 All content on MVSL.COM including text, graphics, logos, and designs is the property of MVSL.COM and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 User-submitted domain listings remain the property of the respective owner. By submitting a domain, you grant MVSL.COM a license to display and promote it on our website and marketing materials.
7.1 MVSL.COM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVSL.COM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
7.3 Our total liability for any claim arising from use of MVSL.COM shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
